Description
The City of Madras passed Ordinance No. 849, commonly known as the Business License Ordinance, on September 24, 1991. The primary purpose of this Ordinance is to insure that each Business is conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances and in a manner comporting with the public health, safety, and general welfare.
