Description
All manufacturers of nonexempt prefabricated structures located in or being shipped into Oregon shall register with the Oregon Building Codes Division. The division provides plan review, inspection, and permit services for manufacturers that produce prefabricated custom or design-plan structures, or components of structures, that are sited in Oregon. Each prefabricated structure or building component manufacturer, manufactured home manufacturer, or factory assembled cabana manufacturer must be registered separately, even if it shares a business name with another business. Plan review applications and fees must be submitted and approved by the Building Codes Division prior to starting construction.
