Description
An inactive license permits a doctor of chiropractic (DC) to maintain his license status in Oregon while not actually practicing. To activate an inactive license, a DC would submit the required continuing education and the current active license fee.

A licensee may obtain a duplicate of their Oregon license with submission of a $5 fee
