Description

An inactive license permits a doctor of chiropractic (DC) to maintain his license status in Oregon while not actually practicing. To activate an inactive license, a DC would submit the required continuing education and the current active license fee.

A licensee may obtain a duplicate of their Oregon license with submission of a $5 fee

A DC may apply for an inactive license if they are not practicing within Oregon (i.e. moved to another state, or closed their practice in Oregon). A licensee must maintain at least an inactive license status or his/her license is considered expired.
