Description
The Columbia River Gillnet Salmon Vessel Permit is required in addition to a vessel license for gillnetting salmon and sturgeon in the Columbia River. No new permits are available. Prior year permit renewable if gillnet permit fees are paid by December 31 of permit year. Permit holder may transfer permit to another person or vessel only if statutory requirements are met. Contact License Sales Department at the Salem Headquarters office for specifics.

Duplicate License Requirements
$18.50 (per document)
If a license/permit is lost, destroyed or stolen, the holder may request a duplicate from a full service license agent including Salem Headquarters, Astoria, Newport, and Charleston. The duplicate license may be used in lieu of the lost, destroyed or stolen license/permit.
