Hours: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time, closed on state holidays, and Wednesdays from 12 noon to 1 p.m. for staff meetings.
Five agents are available to issue Continuous Operation Variance Permits, the annual variance permits that authorize travel on Oregon state highways, county roads and Portland streets.
