Description
A commercial bait fishing license may be obtained in lieu of a commercial fishing and boat license to take food fish or shellfish for sale only to fish bait dealers and not for human consumption. A bait harvester cannot sell to a wholesale fish dealer.

Duplicate License Requirements
$18.50 (per document)
If a license/permit is lost, destroyed or stolen, the holder may request a duplicate from a full service license agent including Salem Headquarters, Astoria, Newport, and Charleston. The duplicate license may be used in lieu of the lost, destroyed or stolen license/permit.
