Prerequisites

Each power unit with a combined weight over 26,000 pounds that is operating under a 1R Permit must be registered and have a valid:
- Temporary Pass.
- Oregon DOT license plate.
- Oregon Weight-Mile Tax Enrollment for vehicles correct loaded combined weight.
