Description
This certification allows the holder to practice Clinical social work under the supervision of an LCSW. Certificates are issued to persons with a Master's of Social Work (MSW) degree after they have submitted a plan of clinical supervision toward licensure. Renewal Information
Annual renewal during the birth month of the associate, the renewal fee is $60. CSWA's are not required to submit continuing eduation while working under the Plan of Supervision.

Prerequisites
Masters in Social Work from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
Required Documentation
An Official transcript sent directly from the graduate program documenting the MSW degree, a completed Application and a Plan of Supervision with an Oregon LCSW Supervisor.
