Required Documentation
Applicants must have a valid piece of photo identification for licensees to verify their age before endorsing the service permit application.
Examination Information
All servers are required to complete an approved alcohol server education course and examination as a condition of the issuance or renewal of the permit. Course fees average $30.00. A score of 70% or better is required to pass the initial exam; 80% or better to pass the renewal exam.

Servers are required to complete the alcohol server education course each renewal period.
