Description
These individual lead based paint activities licenses include workers, supervisors, inspectors, and risk assessors and allow an individual to perform lead based paint inspection or abatement activities under the employment or ownership of a licensed lead paint inspection or abatement business.

Renewal Information
The individual lead paint abatement activities licenses must be renewed annually and have a valid individual lead paint abatement activities certification.

Prerequisites and Requirements
Prerequisites
Must own or be employed by a business that has a Lead Paint Inspection Contractors License or Lead Paint Abatement Contractors License issued by CCB, and have a certified Inspector, risk assessor, or supervisor and workers associated with the business.
Individual lead paint abatement certifications are valid for 3 years. Refresher courses are required for certification renewal.

A copy of the lead paint activities training certificate of completion issued by an OHA approved training provider must be submitted with the application.

Individual lead paint abatement activities licenses must be associated with a CCB licensed business that also holds a Lead Paint Inspection or Lead Paint Abatement license.
