Renewal Information

Lobbyist registrations expire on December 31 of each odd-numbered year. You must submit a new registration if you intend to continue your lobbying activity after the expiration date. Registrations must be submitted through the Oregon Government Ethics Commission's Electronic Filing System.

Processing Time Description
1 Week The lobbyist initiates a registration, and the client or employer being represented has 10 days to confirm that the lobbyist is working on their behalf. The registration is not effective until the confirmation is received.
