Refund Policy

Your credit card will be charged as soon as the transaction is verified.

If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing, we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 business days of your donation.

To request a refund, please call (503) 373-2017. Refunds are returned using the original method for payment and must be for the exact dollar amount of the original transaction. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to the same credit card.
