Oregon Laws 2025-2026 consists of three hardbound volumes that contain the official version of each bill enacted by the Eighty-second Legislative Assembly at its special session held December 12, 2024, and by the Eighty-third Legislative Assembly at its regular session held January 21 to June 27, 2025, its special session held August 29 to October 1, 2025, and its regular session held February 2 to March 6, 2026. Oregon Laws 2025-2026 also includes the amendments to the Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure (ORCP) promulgated by the Council on Court Procedures on December 14, 2024, and submitted to the Eighty-third Legislative Assembly. Oregon Laws 2025-2026 includes all the legislative resolutions adopted by the Eighty-third Legislative Assembly at each regular and special session. Oregon Laws 2025-2026 includes subject indexes, bill-to-chapter tables and tables of ORS sections amended, repealed or “added to” for each regular and special session. Oregon Laws 2025-2026 also includes laws that are temporary in nature and will not be compiled in the Oregon Revised Statutes.
