Oregon Laws 2023-2024 consists of three hardbound volumes that contain the official version of each bill enacted by the Eighty-second Legislative Assembly at its regular session held January 17 to June 25, 2023, and at its regular session held February 5 to March 7, 2024. Oregon Laws 2023-2024 also includes the amendments to the Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure (ORCP) promulgated by the Council on Court Procedures on December 10, 2022, and submitted to the Legislative Assembly. Oregon Laws 2023-2024 includes all the legislative resolutions adopted by the Eighty-second Legislative Assembly at each regular session. Oregon Laws 2023-2024 includes subject indexes, bill-to-chapter tables and tables of ORS sections amended, repealed or “added to” for each regular session. Oregon Laws 2023-2024 also includes laws that are temporary in nature and will not be compiled in the Oregon Revised Statutes.
