Before You Begin
- Are you 21 or older?
- By law, Marijuana Worker Permits can only be issued to persons aged 21 or older.
- Have you read the education material and taken your Marijuana Worker Permit Test?
- Please go to http://www.oregon.gov/olcc/marijuana/pages/mjworkerpermit.aspx to read the material and take the test, if you have not done so already. You will need to upload an image of your test completion certificate and enter your certificate number when you apply.
- Do you have acceptable identification?
- You will need to upload an image of your ID. The only acceptable ID is a Driver License or Identification Card from any of the 50 US states or a Passport.
Please note: Saved applications are available for revisions for 30 days. After 30 days, any saved application that has not been revised or submitted with the appropriate application fee will be removed from the system, and you will need to begin the process again. Be sure to login update or submit your application within 30 days of starting it in order to prevent it from being removed.
