Car Dealer Application


The DEQ Zero Emissions Rebate Program program allows car dealers and purchasers to apply for rebates applicable to the purchase of qualifying zero-emissions vehicles.

Car dealers wishing to participate in this program can use this website to apply.

Before applying, note the following requirements:

  1. You must be authorized to apply as a program participant on behalf of the intended car dealership
  2. You must be authorized to perform program-related activities directly, and/or be authorized to identify, onboard, and maintain staff capable and authorized to perform such program-related activities on behalf of qualifying car dealership

How it works:

Qualified and program-accepted purchasers will submit rebate applications which, if accepted and dealer approved, will result in a rebate reservation towards a target vehicle. On delivery, dealer or purchaser will submit purchase order documents, which after DEQ review and acceptance, will result in the issuance of a redeemable rebate.

To begin, provide your business' State of Oregon SOS Registry Number:



  • The SOS Registry Number field is required.
