The 2026 open period for the Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program is Aug. 25 through Nov. 4, 2026. Vehicles must be purchased or leased during that time to be eligible for the rebate. Vehicles purchased or leased before Aug. 25, 2026, or after Nov. 4, 2026, are NOT eligible to apply for Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebates.

Please note: Individuals are eligible for no more than two rebates per person per lifetime. Individuals who have already reached their rebate limit prior to May 19, 2026, are not eligible for additional rebates.
