Items ordered in error by the customer – Refunds will be made less a $20 processing fee.
Incorrect items shipped by the Bureau of Labor and Industries – A refund will be made up to the exact dollar amount of the original transaction.
Refunds must be issued to the same credit card used to process the original transaction. Cash refunds are prohibited.
Refunds will be made up to 30 days from the purchase date. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 30 days.
