The Oregon Tax Payment System uses the ACH debit method to make an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the state of Oregon for combined payroll taxes or corporation excise and income taxes. If you have fraud prevention services such as ACH blocks or filters on your account, you need to provide your financial institution with one of the Oregon Department of Revenue's company identification numbers. Payroll tax payments: 9300015091, this will change to 9302015091 on November 10, 2016. Corporate income or excise tax payments: 9302015035. Without this information, your financial institution may reject your payment.

Use the Payment History button to cancel Pending payments or view Pending, Processed, and Canceled EFT payments.

What you will need to use this system:
  • Current Oregon Business Identification Number (BIN) or Account ID;
  • ACH debit Authorization Agreement filed with the Oregon Department of Revenue; and
  • Personal Identification Number (PIN) assigned by the Oregon Department of Revenue
